The unit you are looking at has sound proofing, so it can handle a bit of noise, but not a huge amount. I’ve always had really happy tenants, and want to make sure that continues :). A washing machine is included in this unit. 1. Car parking only available outside, cannot be guaranteed and must be organised through management, not owner.
