5th level, waterfront studio with views over the lake and Bond University.
My primary goal is to find a tenant who is quiet, and doesn’t have partners or friends constantly staying over. The reason being, is that this building is made up of studio’s apartments side by side. My two studies, share a common wall. A girl lives in into the other one, and so I like both tenants to feel like home is a quiet place. The unit you are looking at has sound proofing, so it can handle a bit of noise, but not a huge amount. I’ve always had really happy tenants, and want to make sure that continues :). A washing machine is included in this unit.
1. Car parking only available outside, cannot be guaranteed and must be organised through management, not owner. Availability of car parking is limited and the parking fills up during the day at some times, although most tenants find carparks 2. Free unlimited NBN wifi. 3. Electricity and Water is provided by way of a box inside the unit, you just need to register an App to get credit which can be done easily online when you need power or water credit. 4. Room for 1 person only. 5. Noise to be at a minimum to prevent disturbing other tenants in adjacent units. 6. You are not to constantly have guests, and to respect the other student living next door, peace and quiet is to be respected. 7. No pets allowed. 8. Min lease 6 months
