Description: These 63 acres (25.4ha) are nicely elevated and located in Deepwater which is popular being of being so close to beaches and boat ramps on tidal creeks.
Ranging between 30m and 53m above sea level, the block gently rises up from the road to the back boundary. It is more elevated than you think when looking at the block from the road. There is a good ridge where I would build as this has attractive vegetation consisting of Grass Trees intermingled with large Gums and She Oaks. Zoned green (vegetation not of concern) there is plenty of good potential dam sites.
15 minutes or under will put you on either Rules Beach or Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park. The same amount of time will get you to a choice of 3 boat ramps on tidal Baffle Creek and Deepwater Creek.
Many locals use the 4WD track through the Deepwater National Park to access facilities at Agnes Water/1770. It is a beautiful drive and you can access two other beaches besides the ones mentioned above.
Power and phone are available along the boundary. If you decided to build and live here, the school bus is available as is rubbish bin collection. Rates are approx. $900.00 per annum and mail is delivered 5 days a week.
Baffle Creek facilities include a general store with fuel, hardware & fishing supplies, takeaway, bar and bottle shop.
