Description: Does the idea of cruising the river in a traditional wooden river boat appeal?
Offering a simple and affordable alternative to a traditional houseboat, this 10.2-metre wooden cruiser was built in 1975 and has a charming nautical feel, with predominantly white finishes complemented by blue canvas trim. Currently moored at Mannum, this is a great opportunity to get out and make your own memories while enjoying the Murray River.
The construction of the vessel is glass over ply and has been well maintained by the current owners. The vessel has been slipped on the local slipway in Mannum every two years.
The interior of Lambordingi is light and surprisingly spacious, with carpets throughout adding a homely touch. Two modular couches provide comfortable seating and can be converted into beds for occasional overnight stays, subject to suitable weather conditions. The canvas zippered windows can be opened to enjoy the fresh air and surrounding scenery, creating an open, outdoor feel. A small wooden deck at the rear provides an additional spot to sit back and enjoy your time on the water.
Onboard facilities include a shower, hand basin and marine toilet, while propulsion is provided by an 80HP Nissan 5D33 diesel engine.
Presented in good condition, this little cruiser offers an opportunity to enjoy the river without the expense of a large houseboat.
If you're looking for a straightforward, budget-friendly vessel this could be just the ticket!
