Section 909 - Off Spencer Rd - 129.6ha/320 acres.
Section 910 - Off Spencer Rd - 129.6ha/320 acres.
These adjoining sections are accessed from a gazetted road found at the end of Spencer Rd.
This a 4WD track only.
Proceed for 1.6km, heading North, to reach the bottom SE corner of Sec 909.
There is a creek crossing at around 700m.
These lots can alos be accessed from the Litchfield Park Rd - 4WD only.
This land adjoins the area known locally as Wild Horse Plains.

Gazetted Roads -
Technically, access is available along those 20m wide road reserves as shown on the maps, but they can be overgrown bush tracks - or have wet season waterways across them.
In this case, it is unlikely that the gazetted roads to the subject lots will be improved any time soon.
